After booking with us, a week prior to your stay I send address, directions, and codes to gain access to our condo, as this is a Check-in and Check-out with no person to person contact. Please take screen shots or print out welcome letter with codes, as sometimes attachments won’t load when you want them to. We pride ourselves in making sure our place is clean, all hard surfaces are disinfected, sprayed and well ventilated between stays. A detailed map on how to get to the Plaza from our condo, as well as some suggestions on things to do and some of our favorite places to eat! This fully furnished one-bedroom, one -full bath condominium has been renovated in style including bamboo floors, central air conditioning, skylights, and tiled kitchen and bath. There's a cozy, covered patio at this second floor unit's entrance, granting you privacy within the El Matador compound. As you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan in the living space and by the large Kiva gas fireplace. Meant to enjoy, the over-sized sofa & chair in the living room are perfect for your current read, or to watch a movie. Additionally, free WIFI access. Amenities also include a stacked washer and dryer, Netflix, Hulu and DVD player. You'll find large wooden shutters on the windows and doors add to the condo, keeping the unit cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. There is both central air condition and heating throughout. The adjoining, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for a great New Mexican meal, complete with a breakfast bar and dining table. French doors in the dining area lead you to the covered patio overlooking the landscaped garden area, complete with patio furniture for your lounging pleasure. A charming King size bedroom awaits with a walk-in closet. Enjoy the many sunny, Santa Fe days; or the patio for those starry nights.
