Dock of the Bay offers accommodation to those who appreciate peace, nature, art and design. Set in a bush setting on the banks of the Derwent River, this unique architect designed Mid-Century Modern home is a 20 minute drive from Hobart's CBD and a 10 minute walk out the back garden-gate to Mona Museum of Old and New Art. Accommodation includes two bedrooms, kitchette, bathroom/lavatory. The space Large bedroom with king-size bed and sitting room. Windows look out to the garden and outdoor seating area. Second bedroom with double-bed with door to the exterior and view of the pool area. Bathroom contains shower and separate lavatory. Kitchenette has everything you need. Fridge, twin induction hot-plate, kettle, small oven, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Dining/sitting room next to kitchen with views out to the garden and pool. Guest access Accommodations include entire lower floor of my home. Keys are kept in safe-box outside door to large bedroom. Code will be sent once you are booked in. Please return key to box when leaving. Every room (except bathroom) has access to the outside of the house. Other things to note Our home and garden is not set up for small children.
