Equipped with: queen-size Castor bed, double sofa bed and another single, motorized blackout curtain, induction stove, oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, blender, iron, TV42, air conditioning, fan, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils. The space The property is clean and quiet, with security cameras in the outdoor/common areas. Equipped with all amenities. We offer a comfortable queen-size box spring bed, a double sofa bed and a pouf that turns into a single bed in the living room, for a good rest. We also provide an EXTRA SINGLE MATTRESS. Complimentary EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT, subject to apartment availability. We also provide bed linens, towels, blankets, soaps, coffee, tea, sugar, powdered chocolate, salt, pepper, condiments, oil, vinegar, etc. Guest access Access to the building through an electronic doorman with a password and a private, closed garage (1 standard size space for a small and medium-sized car) with a remote control on the ground floor. You'll have to climb a staircase to the first floor. Entrance to the loft is by digital lock, then we have an integrated kitchen with living room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there is an en-suite with a full bathroom and integrated laundry. All entry passwords will be provided by our WhatsApp or phone/message prior to your arrival, and will be changed immediately after each guest for your security. Other things to note - Voltage 220 volts; - Bed linens, towels, blankets, coverlet, soaps will be provided. Extra pillows in the bedroom closet; - Sugar, oil, salt, vinegar, condiments, powdered chocolate, coffee, tea, etc. available in the kitchen; - If you need to arrive early (early check-in) or leave later (late check-out) - we offer it as a courtesy, but please check with us for availability; - Extra single mattress available upon request; - Please do not place hot pots on the kitchen table and quartz countertop. Be careful not to scratch the induction stove. Turn off the air-conditioning when leaving, as well as the toaster and electric coffee maker from the outlet; - Remote control for the upper and lower (motorized) curtains of the double-height window; - The remote control for the garage door is on the kitchen table. Don't forget to leave it there when you leave. - Cleaning and sanitizing of the apartment will be carried out once at the end of your stay by a specialized team.
