The facility is located on the 4th floor of a three -story building, and there are stairs to climb. There is no elevator. Please make your reservation with this in mind. 2. This facility is non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes). Smoking at the property entrance and the surrounding neighborhood is also prohibited. 3. Parties and loud music are not allowed. 4. Please do not take out the trash. If the garbage bins are full, please contact us for collection. 5. Pets are not allowed indoors. Please note that if any of the above rules (1–5) are violated, or if we receive reports from neighbors or the police, we may charge a penalty of 100,000 yen. Additionally, you may be required to vacate the premises immediately. 6. In accordance with government regulations, we request the submission of identification. 7. Early check-in and late check-out are generally not permitted, but may be possible in some cases. Please consult us if you need this service. Please note that if late check-out causes issues for cleaning or subsequent guests, additional charges may apply. 8. In case of damage to any items in the room, you will be charged the replacement cost for a new equivalent item. 9.
