Please do not take out the trash. If the garbage bins are full, please contact us for collection. 5. Pets are not allowed indoors. Please note that if any of the above rules (2–5) are violated, or if we receive reports from neighbors or the police, we may charge a penalty of 100,000 yen. Additionally, you may be required to vacate the premises immediately. 6. In accordance with government regulations, we request the submission of identification. 7.
