The space Tucked away in the village of Nikao, on the Northern side of Rarotonga, within a short drive from the Punanga Nui Market, and the ever so popular Social Centre Beach. Accommodating 6 guests in total, Avaiki Nui is newly built, featuring three spacious air conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, carefully designed for your comfort. The Master-bedroom ensuite features an outdoor shower. Below is the bed configuration for our Villa. MASTER BEDROOM: 1 x King Bed. BEDROOM 2: 1 x King Bed OR 2 x Single beds on request. BEDROOM 3: 1 x Kind Bed OR 2 x Single beds on request. The Villa's open-plan layout seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, creating a harmonious connection with nature that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired. A fully equipped kitchen completes the villas sophistication. Your own personal infinity pool's sparkling blue waters beckons you to enjoy the opportunity to unwind, relax and soak up the tropical sun. Guest access The entire Villa and Pool are yours during your stay, with a private parking space. Other things to note Rarotonga is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pests controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur.
