Charming 3.5-room penthouse 50 m from the Grimentz-Zinal Ski Lifts! This 3.5 room (50 m2) is located in the heart of Grimentz's life in a small building of 13 apartments. Everything is cozy for a family of 5. The grocery store is in the same building and is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., just perfect for getting breakfast in your slippers! Wi-Fi available in the apartment. Sports shops, bancomat, bakery, all 50 meters away! The space The apartment is an attic and contains precisely: 1 bedroom with 3 beds (1 bunk bed (2x) + 1) with 90 x 190 cm mattresses 1 very small bedroom for 2 children, bunk beds of 80 x 180 cm (2 adults can sleep there, however I like to specify that it is small) 1 living room with a rustic solid wood table that can accommodate 10 people (if guests) 1 open kitchen with oven, fridge, 4 hotplates and a dishwasher 1 bathroom with small separate bathtub 1 separate toilet with sink 1 large balcony with a table and 6 chairs (possibility to extend the table for 10 people) A sixth mattress is available (under a bed) for a possible 6th person. The apartment is ideal for 4-5 people. The apartment is equipped with Wifi, a Samsung The Frame TV, state of the art (2021) for beautiful parties on Netflix or Disney+ in case of a white day! A Nespresso coffee machine with capsules is also available. Other things to note The apartment is rented without pillowcases (60 x 40) or duvet covers (140 x 200). The mattress covers are included in the rental price. It is possible to rent the duvet covers and flannel pillowcases for CHF 15,- per person, on request. Private wifi available in the apartment!
