Other things to note Please note that the fobs (electronic keys) required to access common areas incur a fee of $30 for every 2 people (starting 14 years old). This fee is non-refundable and is not included in the rental price; it must be settled with the management office upon arrival. Parking options are available as follows: 1 -7 days: $100 2 weeks: $125 3 weeks: $150 4 weeks: $175 Daily parking: $20 Overnight parking: $40 There is a $7 fee per package for packages received during your stay. Please be aware that the building exclusively accepts debit or credit cards and does not handle cash.
