The first floor is owner occupied but we provide privacy to our guests so they can fully enjoy the amenities offered in the property. Is well located in a secure neighborhood, as near as 2min drive from the closest beach and far enough to be surrounded by nature and our guests won't need a 4x4 to access to the property. Guest access Our guests have access to all shown in pictures. There are available two covered parking spaces (more not covered if need it). Besides the indoor areas they have access to the outdoor areas: balconies, pool, playground, deck and grill Plus they can use the outdoor shower before getting into the pool.
