The Villa is nestled within a serene one acre property, with lush green ambiance and fruit trees . Designed to accommodate 12 guests in its 6 queen size bed rooms. The Villa is so spacious it has accommodated 30 guests comfortably based on some rearrangements for which the guests has to discuss with us in advance to ensure maximum comfort to the gests. POOL SIDE SITOUT COVERED ( 550 SQ FT : This is a covered sit out at the pool level with lush green plants around and can accommodate 10 to 20 people. There is also an open sit out area of 400 SQFT which is in continuation of the covered area.A swing the area is an added attraction POOL SIDE TOILET (20 SQ FT) Fitted with luxury KOHLER gadgets. Bedroom 3 (Mom’s Pearl) : 200 sq ft area and has 1 queen size bed and a sliding glass wall having great view to the mountain. . It has a 60 sq ft bathroom. Bedroom 4 (Charlee’s Ruby) is 200 sft in area and has 1 queen size bed and a single bed. The attached toilet with 35 sft area. This has access to a large balcony. Balcony 1 ( 400 sq ft) : large balcony with view to the lake, mountain and green plantations. Bedroom 5 ( Warm Opal) : 120 sq ft area has one queen size bed and private balcony and sliding glass wall with view to the planation, Balcony has view to the lake. Bathroom area of 50 sq ft. This room has access to the large balcony as well. Balcony 2 ( 800 Sq ft) : this is a large balcony and guests favourite with great 180 deg view to the lake / mountain. Best place for socialising in the evenings. Can accommodate 15 persons easily. SERVICES:- Guest access : Guests have access to the entire property except the service area and area marked private. Green Earth: We support low carbon footprint right from the design of the property / water usage and power usage. We have provided a 10 KVA solar power system by which we can take care of up to 80 % of the power requirements of the villa. It sits within the lap of nature so be prepared to encounter harmless insects, small lizards, birds etc. This place is surrounded by lush green trees which is visible for tenths of kilometres. However, we have given utmost care to provide insect screens in all the rooms and sliding doors. Don’t feel annoyed when you hear small birds knocking on your windows and chirping in the morning. We don’t encourage the usage chemicals and insecticides. Amenities 1) Air conditioning : All the 6 bedrooms and family living area are fitted with brand new Air conditioners. 2) Barbeque utensils and grills: There are two BBQ grills with required accessories and charcoal. 3) Camp fire : We have a provision for campfire depending on weather conditions. (It is dangerous to light a campfire on windy nights) 4) Ceiling fans : more than 20 fans are provided at various rooms and common area / balcony / sit outs / living area etc. 5) Cleaning available during the day : cleaning staff available every day during working hours. Kindly request for room cleaning and linen change. 6) Clothes storage: provided in all rooms 7) Coffee : coffee maker is available. How ever the chef can provide tea/ coffee/ beverages as needed. 8) Chef: We have a full-time chef who can take care of various food requirements like South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc. Please ask for the menu and pre order once you have made your booking. 9) Cot : queen size cot in all rooms. Additional bay window mattress provided in two rooms . additional single cot provided in one room. Extra folding cots and mattress are provided on request (12 to 20 persons can be accommodated in the bedrooms). 10) Dedicated work space: there is an office room with office table and chairs. Also, the living space and sit outs are perfect for working from home. 11) Dining Table: Dining area has 8-seater table and the room is connected to the BBQ area where more persons can sit. We had up to 20 guests having dinner together in the area. 12) Dishes are cutlery: enough of them provided. 13) Dish washer: provided 14) Essentials : Body soap/ Shampoo / towels big and small / toilet rolls/ face tissue / high quality bed sheets / Duets/ drinking water. Etc are provided. 15) Extra pillows / blankets: Every bed is provided with 4 pillows. Pool level sit out is a large area which can accommodate all the guests at the same time for any gatherings. 35) Pets : Pets are not allowed inside the rooms. However, we can provide a kennel for the pets which is outside the building. 36) Power supply: being a village area there could be voltage fluctuation and power outage. In case of power outage, we have an inverter back up which can support light and fan points within the cottage for up to 8 hours. Also, we have a 15KVA Generator back up to take care of the entire load if needed. 37) Swimming Pool : 75000 ltrs water capacity pool which is 4.5 ft depth. Separate shower provided for the guests to use before and after entering the pool. Also there is a toilet near the pool. Towels are provided at the pool area. Please ensure not enter the building / rooms in wet condition to avoid slippage and accidents. 38) TV : provided at the family living area. 39) Washing machine : provided, please request. 40) Water front : 5 rooms have water view and almost every parts of the villa has views to the lake in front and the mountain. 41) Wifi : High speed wifi provided at 3 levels .
