The beautiful, renovated and well-maintained penthouse is idyllically located by the larch forest above the village of Andeer (paradise). Clear view in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is completely fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for grilling may be used in consultation (parties with consultation / rent both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer. The space Your place Children: Children are very welcome in our apartment. There is equipment for infants, such as cot, highchair, games (games also for adults). Pets: Pets (also dogs) are very welcome in consultation. Kitchen: In the kitchen, there is a kettle. For coffee, there is 1 coffee machine (filter), as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a Bialetti coffee maker for 4 espresso. The kitchen offers an induction stove with glass ceramic hob 4 plates, a combi steamer/oven, contact grill, barbecue grill, panini grill, table grill, as well as a Create 5 food processor to make dough for bread, cakes, brownies, etc. A modern dishwasher is also available. The large fridge has a small freezer compartment. It also has a toaster, a raclette oven & grill for 8 people, as well as a fondue set for 6 people. Washing/ironing: A large washing machine can be used by arrangement for a small fee. An iron, with ironing board is also at your disposal. Parking: Free parking is available below and above the house. In summer, you can drive to the house from above the house for unloading. In winter, the road is partly snowy and can therefore not be driven completely to the house at times. Snow removal: The municipal road is cleared of fresh snow by the municipality during the morning. The sidewalks and the stairs under the house to the street are cleared of snow during the day. If, as an exception, the snow removal takes place only in the evening, a snow shovel is available and it can be cleared at any time :-) Guest access The entrance to the apartment is located on the upper side of the house, a wooden door with a small window. The key 🔑 to the front door and the apartment door is in the key safe. The key safe can be found to the right of the front door, 3 steps towards the garage wooden door, left by the windows on the left side of the wall, with the address "Dachgeschoss." We will send you the 4-digit code 24 hours before the start. The apartment is located, immediately behind the front door, up the stairs, on the 2nd floor. It has its own lockable apartment door. The apartment extends over the entire floor, including the balcony. User manuals: For stove, oven, dishwasher, etc. you will find in the wooden cabinet in the hallway of the apartment. Power box: Behind the same wooden cabinet you will find the fuse box, if the power goes out, push the wooden cabinet to the side and then you will see the power box (everything safe). Smoke detectors: If a smoke detector (located on the ceiling) goes off, simply press it once (if necessary with a broomstick). When you leave the house, please always close the front door with the key beforehand. Please always close windows when leaving the apartment for a longer period of time, as the weather in the mountains can change from sunshine to storm with rain or snow within a very short time.
