The beautiful, renovated and well-maintained penthouse apartment is idyllically located near the larch forest above the village of Andeer (paradise). Unobstructed views in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is fully fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for barbecuing can be used in consultation (parties with consultation / rent of both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer. The space Your accommodation Children: Children are very welcome in our apartment. There are amenities for toddlers, such as a crib, highchair, games (games for adults as well). Pets Pets (including dogs) are very welcome by arrangement. Kitchen: In the kitchen there is a kettle. For coffee there is 1 coffee machine (filter), as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and a Bialetti coffee maker for 4 espresso. The kitchen offers an induction stove with glass ceramic hob 4 plates, a combi steamer/oven, contact grill, barbecue grill, panini grill, table grill, as well as a Create 5 food processor to make dough for bread, cakes, brownies, etc. A modern dishwasher is also available. The large refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. It also has a toaster, a raclette oven & grill for 8 people, as well as a fondue set for 6 people. Washing/ironing: A large washing machine can be used for a small fee by arrangement. An iron with an ironing board is also available. Parking: Below and above the house there is free parking available. In summer, you can drive from above the house to the house for unloading. In winter, the road is partly covered with snow and therefore cannot be driven all the way to the house at times. Snow removal: The municipal road is cleared of fresh snow by the municipality during the morning. The sidewalks and stairs under the house to the street are cleared of snow during the day. If, in exceptional cases, the snow is only cleared in the evening, a snow shovel is available and you can also clear it yourself at any time :-) Guest access The entrance to the apartment is on the top of the house, a wooden door with a small window. The key 🔑 for the front door and the apartment door is in the key safe. The key safe can be found to the right of the front door, 3 steps towards the wooden garage gate, to the left of the windows on the left side of the wall, with the address "attic." We will send you the 4-digit code 24 hours before the start. The apartment is located directly behind the front door, up the stairs, on the 1st floor. It has its own lockable apartment door. The apartment is on the entire floor, including the balcony. Operating instructions: For the range, oven, dishwasher, etc. you will find them in the wooden cabinet in the hallway of the apartment. Power box: Behind the same wooden cabinet you will find the fuse box. If the power goes out, push the wooden cabinet to the side and then you will see the power box (everything is safe). Smoke detector: If a smoke detector (located on the ceiling) goes off, simply press it once (if necessary with a broomstick). When you leave the house, please always close the front door with the key beforehand. Please always close the window when leaving the apartment for a long time, as in the mountains the weather can change from sunshine to storm with rain or snow within a very short time. Loading and unloading can be done right outside the front door (if there is no snow or ice). 1 blue waste bag for a fee NOT included in the rental price: Additional chargeable blue waste bags. These can be purchased individually at Volg. Firewood: (can be purchased on site for a fee). Washing: A large washing machine, with washing powder, can be used by arrangement for a small fee. Activities on site and in the immediate vicinity: Winter: Skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ski tours, sledding/tobogganing, snowshoeing, guided tours, ice skating, curling, dog sledding, from approx. 15 minutes away by car.
