The unit is attached to our house, but it is completely separate. It is fully above ground with large windows and sky lights. 0.4 miles to the Cheverly Metro station. This is a great place to stay as a jumping off point for DC or for a business traveler looking for a home away from home. The space A huge living room and kitchenette (16' X 29') has a bar and kitchenette for storing leftovers and making simple meals (microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and small sink as well as basic tableware are available for your use). There are two large leather sofas, a fresh water fish tank, picture window, and complete library. The bedroom is also roomy with a comfortable new bed and mattress, cozy sheets, a reclining chair, and a pull out sofa for extra guests. There is an adjoining private bathroom with both shower and tub. Guest access We live upstairs separated from the Airbnb space from a locked door. We are nearby in case you need anything, but you will have your privacy secured. We have one parking space available to you. A second space is negotiable, but would come with an extra fee.
