My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, & furry friends w/approval. *Please note our inground spa on the patio is not operational* The space Our home has been updated with granite counters, all tile and laminated wood floors, we have wifi, internet a television with streaming or amazon prime apps. The community has walking paths, and is located near local markets, restaurants, gas stations, transportation and just a short 10 min or less to the Las Vegas Strip by UBER approx $15-$20 trip charge. We provide linens, toiletries, some condiments/spices and all the necessities you might need for an enjoyable visit. Guest access You will have the entire home for your visit. Other things to note This is a private Townhouse with all spaces open to you. A private covered patio and attached 2 car garage for you to park, if you have a vehicle, plus permits for additional parking. We have a washer & dryer in our home. Please Note: the in-ground hot tub in our patio is not operational and NOT AVAILABLE for use. We apologize for any inconvenience of the hot tub not working may cause. However, the community pool/spa is available May thru Oct for your use with a fob snd key we provide. We have exterior cameras for security only on outside areas of the home!
