Along the main road with complete access to all transportation options and nearby commercial establishments where everything you need is accessible. Available for a short or long-term stay. The space A part of an apartment building and inside a gated family-owned residential compound, this room is around 16 sqm, has a double-sized bed perfect for couples or small families, and can accommodate a max of 4 pax with extra mattresses. It has a 16" Smart TV with Netflix, powered by fiber internet, a dining table, refrigerator, chairs, cabinet with clothes hangers, and towels free of use. The room has a clean private toilet, lavatory, mirror, and bidet. You may use the small Kitchen with basic cooking utensils if you prefer home-cooked meals. A store owned by the host will be your landmark for the compound. It will also serve as your check-in point, where you meet the person who will provide your keys to the room. We recommend booking GRAB instead of a taxi and pin location to our store, ROMERO'S GENERAL MERCHANDISE. We are near ARCA SOUTH TERMINAL. If you opt to commute, that would be the landmark, just a tricycle ride away from the exact location. Some tricycles pass by the store and the main gate. Our location is in a commercial area, so access to a wet market, laundry shops, grocery stores, refilling stations, cafes, and many more will be fine. There are also supermarkets like Hypermarket, Puregold, and Landers that are one tricycle ride. For your safety and security, we have CCTVS around the compound. Guest access You will have exclusive access to your room and toilet. We follow curfew hours and lock gates at 10 p.m. You may use your key to access the entrance near Airbnb Rooms. Other things to note We can't offer you a condo type of amenities. We target guests looking for more budget-friendly accommodation. The place is not in a residential area nor inside a subdivision. There's always potential for noise since commercial establishments surround us. The apartment building is inside a gated family-owned residential compound. Expect other tenants coming in and out of the compound gate. We are also near the basketball court, so expect noise during games and events during your stay. Parking is very limited and not available for guests with cars. Motorcycle parking inside the gate is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also park outside the gate at your own risk.
