Family accommodation, parties and events are not allowed. The space The property is located in a small farm lot, 21 km from the city of Piracicaba and 24 km from Águas de São Pedro. The space has 600m², fenced land, with the Cabana measuring 65m², divided into a TV and dining room, social bathroom, mezzanine at the top and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a standard double bed and another with 2 single beds. The kitchen is in the outdoor area, containing a barbecue with an oven and wood stove, a duplex refrigerator with a freezer, a beer maker, an electric oven, a cooktop, an airfrayer 5L, a blender and a variety of household items. Guest access Access is by keys, which will be delivered at check-in. Other things to note The place is familiar and well structured, the purpose of the accommodation should be rest and leisure, and parties or receptions above the reported hosting capacity are not allowed (Maximum 5 guests). We offer bed linens, but the guest must bring bath towels and a blanket.
