Pano View Hillside property is situated on a stunning hillside in Klong Muang overlooking the magnificent Andaman Sea and mountains. This property is for you and your family or friends and offers three one-bedroom units and a private pool, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with private internet routers providing a fast speed of up to 200 Mbps and a 50"Smart TV. You can log in to your YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime accounts. The space Each bedroom has convenient amenities including a King bed, a 50" Smart TV, a small fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, cups, dishes, and bowls. You can find an induction stove, a rice cooker, a pot, and a pan under the stair of room A which is next to the pool. While no full kitchen is available in the house, we provide a washing machine at no additional cost. Kindly note that this villa does not have a living room. You are welcome to use the pool area to spend time with your friends and family. Pool size: 4 x 6.6 meters Pool depth: 125 centimeters EXPERIENCE AUTHENTIC THAI HOSPITALITY! We are delighted to inform you that we donate a portion of every booking to the local community cleanup group, 'Beautiful Klong Muang', every month. Guest access Within this price, you will get 3 one-bedrooms with a private swimming pool during your stay. You will be staying in rooms A, B, C, or D bedrooms (depending on the availability) during your stay. We provide a free weekly cleaning service. You can request additional cleaning services from us; however, we kindly request that you let us know at least two days in advance. The additional cleaning service is charged at 800 baht per time and includes changing the bedding. Electricity and water are all included in this price for a stay of less than 28 nights. For stays of more than 27 nights or when you receive a monthly discount on Airbnb, electricity will be charged at 6 baht per unit. Water is charged 15 baht per unit. The electricity bill for this property is 6,000–10,000 baht per month because this property has an elevator. Please note that if you would like a special offer for custom dates (a week & more), we will send you the offer that does not include electricity and water fees. Other things to note We can prepare a baby cot (weight limit: 15 kg) and a high chair at no additional charge, please let us know before the check-in date. The additional guest can use our extra beds and will be charged 300 baht per person, per night. A total of 7 guests can stay in these 3-one bedrooms on the Pano View Hillside property. The extra bed will be placed only in Room B or C. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare an extra bed for you. The pool man cleans the pool every Wednesday and Saturday from 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Please note that another building on the property (the large house on the left side of the pool) is the owner's residence. The owners will be at the property from mid-November to March, but they will only be staying in their house. They will not have access to your rooms or use the pool. However, they may need to access the parking area as they own a car.
