There’s a nook for kids with dvd’s, games and toys, and a special hidden reading spot under the stairs! Queen bed, a futon, and an air mattress can sleep 5-6. Please indicate the number of beds you need for an additional $25 linen fee per extra bed. There is a lovely outside area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon beverages. Covered parking The space The Snuggery is a new, light, cozy lower-level apartment in an old home in Chapel Hill with a separate entrance and its own charming outside space. Newly renovated, all amenities are new in 2023. It’s perfect for a family where kids or teens can sleep in the nook while the family gathers in the main area. Walk to the Botanical Gardens or UNC. Play basketball in the driveway; enjoy the quiet, lush neighborhood. Covered parking for one car. Please advise in the reservation how many beds you require -there is an extra $25 per bed linen fee. Guest access You will have the whole space, the patio by the unit’s door, the patio in the front, and basketball in the driveway. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood so we have quiet hours from 10 pm -8 am outside and similarly inside. All plumbing is new but only toilet paper can be flushed.
