Walking distance to the sea where you can enjoy both nice sandy beaches and cliffs. The house is about 1 km to Frillesås center with restaurant and grocery store. Kungsbacka and Varberg are only 30 km away. Distance to Ullared and Gothenburg/Liseberg is about 50 km. Welcome to our little sea pearl! The space Bright and nice little house of 65 m2 with two sunny terraces (one under a roof in bad weather) and a lovely large lawn. Open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed with a wider lower bed). Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower. Board games, kubb, books and barbecue are of course available, all for a lovely vacation! On the plot there is also a bright and nice little guest house (15 m2) for 4 people (two bunk beds). The house is in a quiet and peaceful residential area with walking distance (900 m) to the sea where you can enjoy both nice sandy beaches and cliffs. If you are more adventurous, there is also a beach with wind/wave and kite surfing. There is also proximity to many nature experiences such as nature reserves, beech forests and spas. There are also several nice golf courses within a 3-mile radius. The house is winterized and works just as well in summer as in winter. Note: Bed linens and towels are not included. Other things to note The house is located about 1 km from Frillesås center with restaurant, fish truck, barbecue kiosk, interior design shop, flower shop and grocery store with good assortment and nice deli counter. Take the car or bus/train for shopping or nice experiences in beautiful Varberg or Kungsbacka, which is only 30 km away. Distance to Ullared and Gothenburg/Liseberg is about 50 km. You'll find the nearest golf course just 9 km away. In addition to sun, swimming and crab fishing, also take the opportunity to enjoy culinary Halland. Take the car on nice little roads or cycle the Kattegattleden among farm shops, restaurants, herb farms, bakeries and pick-your-own, there is a lot to experience here! Note: During high season (June-August) we only rent out weekly.
