This room is furnished with: - approximately 25 sqm of total living space - a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) - bedside tables - 32 inch LED smart TV - a comfortable chair - LED ambient warm lights and main room cool lights - a wardrobe includes hangers - air conditioner - private bathroom with hot/cold shower and toilet. - a private kitchen with sink, a stove with 2 burners with cooker hood, and electric kettle - simple cooking utensils, and dining utensils - a 2 door refrigerator - rubbish bin in the bathroom and bedroom - bed linen and towels - electricity and gas included (for stay less than 28 nights) - free Wi-Fi up to 300 Mbps - free 19 liters of drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt & pepper per stay - only 2 adults per room allowed (no children) - no breakfast service - no pets allowed - cleaning provided per 4 nights stay (sweeping, taking out rubbish, mopping, bed linen and towel change) - a copy or photo of your identification required upon arrival ( KTP or Passport) for long term stay (28 nights or more) with heavily discounted price, electricity token valued at IDR 500,000 will be provided per 30 days, which should be enough on normal usage (each room has it's own electricity meter operating by tokens). Please turn off your AC and room lights when you go out to save electricity. Should you need more electricity tokens, you can buy at local convenience stores (alfamart or indomaret) by providing your room electricity meter number, or I can help you buy it. Please treat the room as your own, any damages or extreme littering / soiling will incur damage fees on your responsibility.
