The space Sleeping eight across four ensuite bedrooms, the house is designed for both comfort and connection. The contemporary open-plan living space opens directly onto lake views, with generous seating areas and a large dining table for long meals together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the utility room includes a washer and dryer for longer stays. Outside, you’ll find your own private hot tub positioned above the waterline, a floating pontoon over the lake and your own rowing boat - perfect for slow mornings. The secure lakeside decking provides seating, space for barbecues, and peace of mind for families and pets. There’s also an EV charger and secure cycle storage. Inside, the house features a pool table and table tennis, with full Sky HD including movies and sports available in every bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout. Guest access You’ll have full use of the lodge, the enclosed lakefront decking, the private hot tub, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The decking has direct access to the lake, and private parking for four cars is right outside the property. Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues. Other things to note We’re dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs (a third may be possible on request). A high chair and travel cot are available at no extra cost, and we can help with light decoration touches for birthdays, proposals or other occasions. Open-water swimming is permitted directly from the deck and is one of the highlights of staying here. Swimming is at guests’ own risk and requires a waiver before arrival. Paddleboard hire is available, and with easy lake access, it’s perfect for slow mornings on the water or sunset paddles. The lodge sits within the private, gated Waters Edge estate, a peaceful place designed for relaxed breaks rather than large or noisy gatherings. If you’re travelling with a bigger group, we manage more than 18 homes on Waters Edge and nearly 50 across the wider Cotswolds, so we can recommend neighbouring houses or help coordinate multiple bookings.
