The space Step onto the balcony and you're three floors above Birkdale Village's main Plaza — string lights, restaurant patios, and the low hum of a neighborhood that genuinely knows how to have a good time. Look right, and about 100 feet away is the event lawn: the same green space that becomes a concert venue on summer evenings, hosts morning yoga classes in the fall, and transforms into a full ice skating rink each winter. Inside, the layout is designed with groups in mind.
