Originally designed as a 3 bedroom cottage the previous owners maximised the family space in this lovely cottage and never rented this property out. The Sandpiper is located in a quiet area of The Bay which is really near the beach path, Cleveland Way and the village pub / pool. This is one of the largest 2 bedroom properties on The Bay and offers luxury spacious accommodation. Enter through the step free doorway into a generously proportioned hallway with cloakroom. Walk into the 'L' shaped open plan living, dining and kitchen area with sofas for 6 and SMART TV with stunning bi-fold doors across the rear of the property to a private furnished patio, ideal for outside relaxing with seating for 6 with lawned area In the dining area there is a dining table for 6 which leads into a modern fully equipped kitchen including a 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer-dryer, 2 microwaves as well as an electric food steamer, slow cooker and Tassimo Coffee Machine (bring your own pods). Upstairs the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, SMART TV and luxury En-suite with rainfall shower. The second family bedroom features a double bed with single bunk above and SMART TV. Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a cot and high chair for the baby. We dontsupply bedding for the cot so thats the only thing you will need to remember! You get free use of the leisure pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Tennis is available for a small charge. The bay has many routes down to the beach and we supply you with information on this when you book via email. You can also book on any activities organised at The Bay for its guests (operated and charged by Away Resorts). Full information on how to book and the activities on offer are sent after booking.
