Studio in the Historic Center

Renovated studio in the best building in the historic center, you can walk to the main places of the city including museums, monuments, squares, churches, bars, restaurants, and the bay of Santa Marta. Our apartment is in a building that is unique for its design and architecture. It also provides the best services in the area; it has 24-hour security, an elevator, a power plant, a Turkish bath, and a terrace with swimming pools and beautiful views of the Santa Marta Marina, Bay, and Cathedral. The space The apartment is located on the third floor. As soon as you enter, there is an open space where you will find the kitchen (which is spacious), a door where the laundry area is divided, in which you will find the washing machine, a sink and a clothesline; an American-style bar with two chairs, the living room where there is a sofa bed, coffee table, TV cabinet with TV; and finally the main room that is divided from the space by wooden sliding doors. In the room, we have a queen-size bedside tables and a desk. In addition, the bathroom is very spacious and has hot water, clean towels, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer. If you come for work, it's important to know that our apartment has 200 MB fiber optic Internet Guest access The building has 3 swimming pools to which guests have access. One of the pools is on the first floor (I call it the shaded pool, the water is cold and it is almost never in the sun but it is surrounded by vegetation). On the terrace, we have two more pools with a very nice view of the sea, the port, the marina, the cathedral of Santa Marta and the mountains, one on each side of the building, where there are pergolas to protect yourself from the sun and sunbeds, bathrooms and a Turkish bath or steam bath (which if you use it has a separate cost of $25,000 COP per hour). If you visit us with your pet, you have to keep in mind that the pet cannot enter any of these spaces (Building regulations). Other things to note - The building charges a fee of COP 25,000 per person to deliver a bracelet that is mandatory. It can be paid by card or cash at the building's reception. This bracelet is mandatory for all guests and is not included in the rate. - The Turkish bath (steam bath) costs COP 30,000 per person for one (1) hour. - Visits are not allowed in our space. - Lady escorts or similar persons are prohibited from entering the building. - The city is experiencing a season of drought and water shortages. There may be rationing and intermittent supply or pressure changes, which may affect the proper functioning of the basic service. - In case of pressure changes in the water supply, it is advisable to use the showers sensibly to avoid water overflowing in the bathrooms.
