There is access to the backyard and patio area offering a gas BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy the fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom. On the upper level is the family room with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There are high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and large windows for great light and mountain views. There is access to the deck area that takes you to the private hot tub and the rest of the fenced yard. There is a built-in desk to offer a great work space. The primary bedroom off the living area has a Queen bed and a large walk-in closet. There is access to the side yard and hot tub from an exterior door in this room. The hallway full-size bath has a single sink vanity and shower. Up the spiral staircase is a large loft with a Queen bed and two twin-size beds. This unit does allow one dog for an additional charge of 35.00 per day. Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum.
