Guest access Guests have access to entire unit with private/secured backyard. Unit includes its own 2 car driveway for parking Other things to note Dogs are always welcome in our space, as we strive to be pet-friendly. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly request that you be mindful of excess hair, and diligently pick up all waste before departing. Please note there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee for not picking up after your dog. Beach Toys: Enjoy complimentary amenities like boogie boards, umbrella, and beach chairs. Feel free to use these fun additions, and when you're done, please remember to return boogie boards to their designated area at the beach. We appreciate your cooperation! Heated Pilot: Please note if pilot is not on, please message us as we can send you easy detailed instructions on how to get it working Electric vehicle: Please note there are charging stations not too far from the duplex. We ask that you do not charge at the unit as we DO NOT have the electric panels to support charging.
