Located in a central area, this unit is just meters from the Wellstead Estuary, making it a great option for those who love nature and want to be close to the water. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a washing machine. *Please note this is unit is the top level of a two level duplex, you have your own parking but the driveway is shared access with the lower level and the private property at the front of number 12 Margaret St. Guest access Guests have access to the upper level unit, outside you have the balcony and walk way to right near the access stairs to the upper level. The driveway is shared and you have access to car park 2 & 3# (second and third car space towards the fence, the car park closest to the building is for the ground level. Currently the garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please be aware this is split level duplex accommodation, the lower level may be tenanted through your stay. Please be courteous to your neighbours and keep in mind the driveway and parking are shared access for the lower unit, the first half of the driveway must be kept clear at all times for the front private property.
