If you encounter any WiFi issues, do let us know! The space This home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 11 guests, and is spacious at ~3,300 sqft. It is a two story house with lots of outdoor deck space and stairs leading all the way down to the private beach. - Oversized upper and lower deck with lots of outdoor seating available to enjoy the breathtaking view of Triton Cove - Stairs from the home all the way down to the private beach - Kitchen is stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, keurig coffee & tea - Foosball table for family fun! - All beds are outfitted with comfortable linens and a comfortable duvet - Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs - The house has 1 GB internet with fiber optic cable MAIN LEVEL: Kitchen, living room, dining room (AC provided), laundry area, an office, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and kids room with three twin bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms. The kids room is attached to the main master bedroom. You need to go through the master room to the kids room. LOWER LEVEL: Living room with TV, 2 bedrooms with full beds, 1 bathroom Guest access The entire home (except 2 locked rooms to store personal items) is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a door code. Other things to note **Additional Info About the Home** - No kayak/paddleboard are provided onsite. Bring your own or rent nearby - NO BBQ grill - We provide the fastest Fiber internet available in this area. However, being in a remote location, sometimes there are situations that are out of our control (severe weather, malfunction of internet company, etc.), the performance of internet may be interrupted. Please be prepared to unplug yourself and enjoy the beach and wildness of this unique location. - We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended. - A/C is only provided in the dining/living area. Every where else in the home is equipped with wall heaters and lots of space heaters for heat. - During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. During these times, we recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand. - Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet. Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. Please do not leave pets unattended inside or outside. Please bring poop bags and dispose of your pet’s waste in outdoor bins. **House Rules** - Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. - If you intend to harvest shellfish, please obtain the necessary licenses and educate yourself on shellfish harvesting rules in the area. Guests are expected to follow the state's shellfish harvesting rules. PLEASE PROTECT THE SHELLFISH POPULATION! We're not responsible for any fines incurred. Please do not cook oysters in our home.
