My place is close to the beach, the sea and the river, restaurants, grocery stores. You’ll love my place because of the location, you won't need a car there. You will be able to hear the ocean from the veranda just a few meters from the beach! My home is a few meters from the beach, close to the Market, good restaurants, the sea and the river, very well located and very pleasant. The space The house is spacious, the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room are all good sizes, high ceilings and the garden is a nice size too. Guest access The house has a good size garden all fenced, an outdoor shower, hammocks and a patio set to enjoy your morning coffee. Other things to note It’s a place to relax, enjoy the beach and the good restaurants.
