This lovely yellow lakeside cottage is on the south end of Lake Chautauqua. It has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin daybed with a pop up trundle , (2 twin beds) . The cottage has a deck with table and chairs, and wonderful views of the lake and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill outside. Each bedroom as well as the living room has window unit airconditioners. The cottage is steps away from the edge of Lake Chautauqua with a dock for swimming or sunning. Guests have access to the entire cottage. Guests may bring a boat and use the poles on the dock to tie the boat. I will have very little interaction with guests. I live next door and may stop by to say hello or answer any questions about the area. The neighborhood is a very friendly walkable area. The driveway can accomodate up to 2 cars. There is a fire pit, you will need to supply your own wood. The is a gas grill with propane for your use. The dock is steps from the outdoor deck.
