Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, our home offers the best of both worlds: a fully enclosed backyard for total privacy and an open front yard with breathtaking desert and mountain views. All of our guests comment on how much they love sitting on the front porch, and we have to agree! Nespresso with a starter pack of capsules, a Keurig with many pods, and fresh coffee beans with a grinder for the perfect brew 🛋 Spacious living room with a sectional and sleeper sofa 🎯 Two game rooms for double the fun! Inside, enjoy a pool table, darts, foosball, and a collection of puzzles and board games. FYI, please respect this room and don’t smoke, as it is a part of the house. Just outside, in the shed near the hot tub, you’ll find a ping pong table for even more friendly competition. 🏓 Yard games like cornhole and ladder ball 🌊 Relax and unwind in your private hot tub, steam sauna, and unheated pool (serviced on Wednesdays) 🧘 Two yoga mats provided if you're in the mood for a stretch or meditation session 🔥 Two fire pits—one in the front with epic views, one in the backyard for a cozy, private evening under the stars. Please, no marshmallow roasting. Both of these fire pits are propane. It’s also a great spot for birdwatching—we’ve seen bright yellow finches, brilliant red cardinals, orioles, and quail right from the yard. 🚨 Note: We ask all guests to sign a simple liability waiver for the outdoor amenities. Other things to note This is Arizona! Most plants are prickly and there are insects, reptiles and other pesky creatures here. Although rarely seen, you should exercise caution if you encounter one of these guys. For your comfort, please keep all doors and screens closed when not in use. For your comfort, please keep all screens closed if you have the windows or doors open, especially while running the A/C. Thanks! The hot tub and unheated pool are serviced every Wednesday. Our tech is there for a very short amount of time. Note: he will be on the top deck of the pool very briefly to do what he needs to do to keep it in tip top shape for you.
