7 person holiday home in Rockneby-By Traum The space Nice house near the sea with an associated newly built guest cottage in scenic Fågelsudd where you follow the path directly from the house down to the sea to enjoy a refreshing dip or a walk. You live in a nice cottage area where there are two swimming beaches with jetty and swimming raft as well as an outdoor gym, 3 km exercise track, tennis court and boules court. In the garden there is a terrace with a dining area and sun loungers where you can see the sea glistening between the trees. The large house has an open living room with kitchen and partially new fresh kitchen equipment, dining area and living area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. In the newly built beautiful guest house there are two rooms. An open with a pull-out day bed that can be made into a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a 120 cm bed. Both houses are equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. You have a smaller sandy beach directly below the house, then there is also a larger swimming beach in the area. Please note that pets are not allowed due to severe allergy/asthma. In case of violation, allergy remediation will be charged. Not for rent to youth groups or for parties.
