One of the most picturesque villages on the Jurassic Coast, situated between Seaton and  lovely Sidmouth, its an ideal base for a seaside holiday in the country,  with the South West Coast-path, and the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on your doorstep. Size: Sleeps 4 in 3 bedrooms. Beds: 1 x double, 2 x single. Rooms: Ground Floor: . Sitting room, Dining room, Kitchen, Shower room. First Floor: 1 double and 2 single bedrooms. Kitchen & Utilities: Electric cast iron cooker (hob and double oven), fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer. Entertainment: TV with android box. For families: Travel cot, and highchair. Outside: A steep hill garden (not enclosed) with stairs to access the flat section, where the views are wonderful.  Parking: Private parking for 1 car in front of the property, and a further space in front of the garage which is located past the row of cottages. General: Wifi available. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No smoking.  Woodburner in the sitting room.  Logs provided. Pets: 2 dogs are accepted  at a cost of £25 per week each. TV:  Fire stick provides access to live TV and BBC iPlayer and ITV.  You can access youtube and Netflix (you will need to log in using your own account details) Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
