Positioned 10-15 min walk to the beach and situated a short drive to shops between Caloundra & Moololaba. The space Based at the end of a quoet culdasac this water front property is where I live with my family. There are 2 friendly dogs that love pat. The unit is private and secure. Ideally for a couple this modern clean and fresh unit will not dissapoint. Guest access Swimming pool, rear pontoon for fishing , stand up paddle board, and canoes. Other things to note Please note the 1st bedroom has a queen bed and you walk through it to the 2nd small bedroom that is empty but you could bring an air mattress and bedding for guests
