Services include: Professional Cleaning / Hotel Quality Linen / Fresh Towels / Easy Self Check In / 247 Guest Support OUT & ABOUT If you can tear yourself away from the luxuries within this house take a walk to the side of the back at the main entrance, which takes you down a path to the beach. When the tide is out you have over 3 miles of beautiful sandy beach to have fun and make memories with friends and family. Borth is a delightful seaside village that provides an ideal base for you to explore both locally and further afield, benefitting from its own train station with regular trains up the coast to Pwllheli or down to Aberystwyth. The estuary and sand dunes at Ynyslas are great for exploring with children. Aberystwyth - easily reachable by train, bus, car or on foot along the coastal path. Red kite centre and Dyfi Osprey project. Machynellth for the market and a wander round the shops. Silver Mountain experience - great for children, as is the Butterfly house up past Aberystwyth. Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club for great links golf. The 512 bus runs through Borth regularly throughout the day from Ynyslas to Aberystwyth via Bow Street. The train station is a 10-minute walk with regular trains to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, which will also provide further travel to Birmingham or take a train up the coast to Pwllheli with dramatic views along the coast for much of the journey. This beach house boasts 4 spacious bedrooms with their own TV's as well as a pool table and a spa. SLEEPING & REFRESHING Bedroom 1: King Size Bed / First Floor - Sea View - 55" TV (Sofa Bed also) Bedroom 2: Twin Room / 2 x Single Beds / First Floor / Garden View - 43" TV Bedroom 3: King Size Bed / First Floor / Garden View - 43" TV Bedroom 4: King Size Bed / First Floor / Sea View - 55" TV *Hotel quality bedding and linen provided* There is also a double sofa bedroom one. You are more than welcome to use this but will need to bring your own bedding and towels. Bathrooms Shower / WC & Basin / Ground Floor Bath with shower over / WC and Basin / First Floor *Towels included* Plus: Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board. EATING & CHILLING Fully equipped kitchen, including: - Kettle, Toaster, Microwave - Electric Oven and Hob - Fridge, Freezer - Washing Machine Enjoy your meal at the dining table or on the bar stools around the kitchen island. The table has 6 chairs on arrival but there are another 2 chairs available in the kitchen. There is also a highchair available for use. After a long day of building sand castles on the beach, relax outside on the sun terrace overlooking the sea and watch the beautiful sunset that the west coast is famous for. Or retire to the living room, have a game of pool or cosy up in the living room and watch a film on the 75 inch TV. The property also has a lovely piano but it hasn't been tuned for a while but you are welcome to have a play. Come rain or shine you won't be disappointed. Guest access Guest will have private access to the entire of my property along with the front and back garden, the spa and the shed - this is also where the washing machine is. Other things to note SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. Please note: There is a £100 charge for lost keys and £50 charge for call outs, so please be careful with the keys. BEDROOMS 4 Bedrooms – 3 x king size, 1 x twin (2 singles) AMENITIES Bedding and linen is not provided for the travel cot or sofa bed, so please be sure to bring your own if needed. There is a shed in the garden where you can store bikes and this also houses the washing machine. OUT AND ABOUT Delicious food at Libanus, the arthouse cinema. Good pub food at the Victoria Inn. Great coffee at Oriel cafe and excellent ice-cream options up the high street towards the golf club. 2 pubs within 100m - the Victoria and the Railway, with the Friendship also re-opening soon. PARKING Please make sure service access lane at back of property is clear. There is a parking space directly at the back of the property behind gates, in front of the garage or at the community centre opposite if not busy.
