This makes it the perfect place to relax, share thoughts and create new memories. The second bedroom also allows you to travel with friends or family, strengthen bonds, and grow together. Enjoy your time in an atmosphere of trust, openness and appreciation and look forward to a true time out. Modern kitchen The brand new, modern kitchen is a paradise for amateur chefs. With a successful combination of functionality and style, it offers all the amenities to prepare culinary delights. The cozy sitting area invites you to socialize and offers a pleasant space to cook and eat together. Bedrooms The time-out suite has two bedrooms and is therefore suitable for up to four guests. In the larger of the two rooms you will sleep in a wonderfully comfortable box-spring bed for two. The second room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, single box-spring bed, additional armchair bed and air conditioning. The tastefully designed rooms ensure restful nights and a perfect start to the next day. Living area The living room is the heart of the apartment and thus the ideal place for all kinds of entertainment. Make yourselves comfortable on the large sofa, lean back and enjoy the beautiful togetherness. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment and the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. Elegant bathroom The bathroom is a place of relaxation. The rain shower gives you a very special shower experience. A selection of shampoos and shower gels is also available. The first access to the house is via a keypad at the house entrance. For this purpose, you will receive a numerical code on the morning of your arrival day. We have deposited your key in the form of a transponder in a key safe, which is located in the house. If you prefer a personal check-in, please let us know. In addition, there is a bicycle room on the first floor for the rental bikes and a lockable carport behind the house for your own bikes.
