Enjoy a driving beach, off-roading in Oceano Dunes, surfing, walking/running, horseback riding, tons of outdoor activities, and proximity to dining, shopping, and medical facilities. ***DUE TO ALLERGIES THIS HOME CANNOT HOST PETS*** ***Parking and Firewood*** We can only accommodate 2 cars parked in the garage. We will be fined for any violations and the HOA is super strict about it, so please adhere to this parking rule. BUT, there are options for additional cars if needed.:) There is street parking on the side streets, and an option to pay $20 a night for the dirt lot right across the street. The owner of the dirt lot also sells firewood at any time. It's super convenient! Firewood is also sold in almost all of the stores in the area as well.
