Parties will not be tolerated. ●Rules are in place for guests safety. Pets must not be left unattended. Pets must also be supervised by the owner at all times. Pets must stay off the furniture and beds. ● Please do not enter the neighbors property ● Please note, the property & pool is surrounded by trees, which attract bugs and insects. Cobwebs can form quickly! The pool is outdoors which also attracts bugs. I clean and maintain the pool before every guest reservation. However, that doesn't keep bugs and debri from the pool. ● The pool and hot tub do not heat simultaneously, guests have the option to pick which one they would like to have the heater set to
