A splendid four-floor historic house in the heart of Ripatransone, beautifully renovated and functionally furnished for travelers from around the world, perfect for those are looking for a peaceful and comfortable vacation. Located in the center on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, it offers easy access not only to the town center, rich in precious historical and artistic treasures, but also to the Cupra Marittima beach, Grottammare (15 minutes by car), and 18 wineries. The space The access at the house it is through a small double side door on the ground floor, where we find the charming, welcoming living room with windows, modern and vintage furniture, a comfortable two-seater sofa, and two elegant armchairs. To entertain your evenings together, family or friends, the TV is equipped with a DVD player, CD player, and keypad. Inside the drawers, you can find a wide selection of DVDs, films, and cartoons. Also in the living room, there is a CD, MP3, and JVC player, equipped with some classic CDs. A marble staircase leads down to the basement level to the bright kitchen with large French windows overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Ripatransone's main street. The kitchen is furnished with quality furniture, equipped with all the necessary utensils, such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and much more. All necessary appliances are available: induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. On this floor, there's also a small guest bathroom with a sink, mirror, and bidet. On the first floor, to the right, a sliding door leads to a small bedroom with a bunk bed. French windows lead to the stunning loggia, featuring a brick arch (typical architecture). On the same floor, the main bathroom is equipped with a sink with mirror, shower, and bidet. On the second and top floors, a small corridor leads to the master bedroom. This very unique bedroom, in addition to the double bed, features custom-made real wood wardrobes, and blends in perfectly with the attic, which features exposed wooden beams. The roof terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the village and the Duomo. Here, there's a small table with two chairs, perfect for spending pleasant evenings with friends over a glass of wine or enjoying an aperitif.
