The space The main floor of the cabin includes a open living/dining/kitchen area, bedroom 1 with a queen bed (sleeps 2), the bathroom and a back bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2). A full size air mattress is located in the laundry room off the left side of the back bedroom. Upstairs in the loft you will find a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a twin bed with trundle (sleeps 2) Guest access Full access to home and outdoor property (shed locked for owner storage) Other things to note The Patoka Lake Winery, Old Homestead Distillery and Patoka Station gas station located nearby the cabin and right outside of the park entrance are open year round. The restaurants Benny's off the Water, and Finn's are seasonal and closed Nov-April Things to Note • Rural/wooded setting: You may see wildlife in the area, including deer and the occasional critter. • Roads: The property is located on a quiet, rural road. Drive slowly, especially at night. • Stairs/deck: The home includes outdoor steps leading up to the deck. • Seasonal considerations: In heavy rain or winter weather, outdoor areas may be slippery. • Fire pit: Use only when local conditions permit; never leave unattended. • Grill: Guests are welcome to use the grill—please clean after use. • Quiet hours: We honor the peaceful setting. Please keep noise low after 11pm. • Security: For safety, the property may have an exterior camera facing the driveway (if applicable). • Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials (trash bags, paper towels, TP, etc.). Longer stays may require additional items. • Pest prevention: We maintain regular pest control, but being in the woods means the occasional bug is possible. • No parties or events: To maintain the relaxing environment for everyone. • Check-in/out: Self check-in with keyless entry.
