MiMo stands for Miami Modernist, a regional style of architecture that developed in South Florida during the post-war period. This and other motels along Biscayne Boulevard were popular alternatives to South Beach during the 1950s. This small studio is a brand new, fully refurbished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay( all equipment to cook cooking surface, micro waves,toaster,coffe machine, queen size bed, TV,AC,cable,1 big closet) in Miami located on the 1st floor of a 2 level building next to our gate. Parking is available for free on the side of the building. It can sleep 2 people, The building is located less than 1 mile from Publix, less than 10 blocks from shopping and nightlife in Midtown & the Design District, and a short drive from Miami Beach, Downtown, Brickell, and Miami International Airport Guest access The whole studio, the commun area where you will have sofas and table, but also washer and dryer machine to do your laundry Other things to note -Smokers are allowed outside the building -No parties are allowed by respect for our community -No pets are allowed REMINDER: airbnb experience is not like hotel, no daily cleaning nor replenish supplies We will provide all you need to start ( clean towels, clean sheets, paper toilets, garbage bag, soap,shampoo....) then you will take care of the place like its your own Our building welcome long term tenants and airbnb guests so make sure to know if the place will suit your expectations
