With 3 living areas furnished with comfortable and eclectic pieces, parents and children have space to unwind. The space This unique property is on one level, with the three living areas and kitchen-dining room flowing into one another, creating a sense of spaciousness and ease. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom at each end of the house, with the family room, living room and office area in the middle. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire length of the house, offering each room an exquisite garden view. The property has wooden ceilings, charming brick wall features and big sliding doors leading into a sheltered undercover patio. In the al-fresco area, there is a wooden dining table, outdoor seating and loungers – space for all the family to enjoy afternoon BBQ's or evening stargazing outside. Moving indoors, there are plenty of comfortable seating areas for family members to watch TV or curl up with a book. A cosy living room sits next to the master bedroom, while a larger family room for children to enjoy is next to the kitchen and the two other double bedrooms. There is an additional single bedroom next to the master bedroom, containing a selection of children's books. The kitchen-dining area has a large table for the whole family to enjoy mealtimes together, and is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and large pantry to store favourite food items. Both of the bathrooms are pristine and modern, and guests have the option to have either a luxurious bath or energising shower after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Even the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, has a huge window overlooking the garden. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, as it is available only when the owner is away. Other things to note The garden is not fenced. Consequently it is unsuitable for young children or pets. At the bottom of the garden is a shallow creek which may have water in it in summer depending on the conditions. The house was built over 40 years ago and was designed by an architect.
