Inspiration instead of perfection: Casa d'Arte is a simple but very stylishly furnished house for large groups (up to 16 people). Hiking together in the mountains, swimming in the beautiful Lake Orta, visiting the tourist highlights of Orta San Giulia and Madonna del Sasso, cooking and enjoying meals in the spacious kitchen: the house offers everything you need to make your days together a wonderful experience. The space The Casa d'Arte is an old stone house in the heart of the mountain village of Quarna Sotto. It has a beautiful courtyard with a small garden and terrace for relaxing. On the ground floor there is a large dining kitchen with space for 16 people and a WC. There are five bedrooms and a bathroom on the two upper floors. The bedrooms are accessible via the balcony. There are a total of 5 queen-size beds and 6 single beds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the courtyard with garden and the terrace. The house can only be rented as a whole. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The house only has two wood-burning stoves for heating, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. An environmentally friendly hot water boiler provides hot water. The bedrooms are only accessible via the balcony. When booking in spring and fall, please bring warm clothes and shoes! The character of the house was changed as little as possible during the renovation. We have renovated it ourselves with a lot of love - creaky floors and partly uneven walls included.
