The Golden Lilly is a charming 1924 historic home in the heart of Lakeland's most desirable neighborhood, Dixieland. Two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed make it perfect for couples traveling with family or friends wanting to enjoy a stay together. A kitchen, full bath and laundry room offer all the comforts of home. Pets welcomed, enjoy a fully fenced yard. Restaurants, shopping, parks and more within walking distance with downtown, universities, medical campuses and sun-n-fun just minutes away. The space There are two private bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. The sofa also pulls out into a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a dresser in the main bedroom if you wish to unpack and plenty of extra pillows and bedding if needed. There is a smart tv in the living room as well as in both bedrooms with Netflix, or you can connect your favorite apps. The kitchen has an oven and stove top with four burners, a dual coffee maker for those who need a kcup or a drip coffee option, and plenty of cooking basics for a comfortable meal in. You can enjoy your meal and the dining table by the window overlooking the yard. The oversized laundry room is home to a complimentary dog kennel, hooks for your leashes, and water and food bowl for your furry traveling buddies. The oversized fenced in yard is perfect for enjoying beautiful Florida weather and we've provided a fire pit and four Adirondack chairs so you can kick back and relax while your four legged friends run out energy. Guest access Guests have access to the full property including the washer and dryer and the over sized fenced in backyard with a fire pit (firewood not provided) and four reclining Adirondack chairs. We also provide a large dog crate that is sanitized after each stay.
