This tranquil 2 bedroom seaside villa with a private pool is located 150 meters from the scenic Ayia Thekla coastline in a quite secluded area.. The space Ayia Thekla is a quite residential area on the outskirts of Ayia Napa just 10 minutes drive to many restaurants shops and other amenities. A local supermarket and restaurant is a mere 15 minute walk. The villa is on a large plot with plenty of outdoor space including a dining area under a pergola, an outdoor shower, and a barbeque area next to a large 8x4 meters crystal pool. Pool loungers are provided as well as sun umbrellas to enjoy the cyprus sunshine. As you enter the villa is a spacious open plan living area consisting of a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with sofas around a 65 inch TV. From the living area a sliding door leads to a cosy covered patio overlooking the swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy your favourite drink. Another sliding door leads to a large covered carport which may be used as an additional sitting area. The design of the outdoor areas and the landscaped gardens provide total privacy to relax and enjoy the amazing weather. At night you can enjoy the beautiful ambience of the garden with only warm garden lights and the glow of the pool. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a dressing table with mirrow, its exclusive shower room and bed side tables with lamps. A build-in cupboard provides ample space for cloths and other personal items. From the main bedroom a sliding door leads to a small beautiful cosy garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has 2 single beds a dressing table with mirrow and bed side table with lamp and build-in cupboards. The family bathroom is next to the second bedroom and has a full bath/shower. All rooms are individually airconditioned and in addition the bedrooms have ceiling fans for those who prefer natural ventilation The spacious modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
