Beach House

Relax and chill in this beautifully refurbished beach house 2023, close to the sea for a fabulous holiday or quiet escape in the off-season. The house is detached in a cul-de-sac of 12 homes, with gates on both sides. It has three levels, making it ideal for sharing with two families. NOTE - THE HOUSE HAS 4 BEDROOMS, SLEEPING 8, FROM APRIL TO END OF SEPTEMBER. OCTOBER TO APRIL 3 BEDROOMS SLEEPING 6, AS TWIN BEDROOM IS USED FOR STORING GARDEN FURNITURE IN THE WINTER MONTHS The space The house has three levels: living room, dining kitchen, utility room, and half bathroom at the middle/entry level. Upstairs, 2 king bedrooms, one ensuite. Downstairs one double bedroom with family bathroom and a twin bedroom. PLEASE NOTE - OCTOBER TO END OF MARCH TWIN BEDROOM USED FOR GARDEN FURNITURE/BBQ STORAGE. ONLT TJREE DOUVLE BEDROOMS AVAILABLE SLEEPING 6 Outside are two patio areas, one for sitting with a wrap-around sofa and a lower area with a gazebo and dining table. Sun loungers and a gas BBQ with bottled gas are also provided A security deposit of 200 euros CASH is payable on arrival and is refunded on departure. Gas and electricity meters are read on arrival, with payment due on departure. There is a cleaning fee of 120 euros, also paid on departure. Guest access Guests have full access to all parts of the house, garden and patio areas. All linen and towels are provided. As is a picnic box, blanket and beach umbrella. There is a lifeguard on duty daily during the summer months of July and August Other things to note NOTE Minimum stay - 7 nights in July and August Gas and electricity are metered, charged and paid locally as is the exit cleaning charge of 120 euros. A security/damage deposit of 200 euros CASH is payable on arrival to the caretaker. This will be refunded on departure less the metered gas and electricity costs. Meters will be read on your arrival. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am, this allows for cleaning and changeover. If the house is ready any earlier, the caretaker will call you.
