Carefree Cabin - walk to town, short drive to RMNP

Charming and bright mountain cottage on Davis Hill. Built in 1945, this home has three bedrooms, a large family room with wood-burning stove, an eat-in kitchen, and an attached garage. The large deck has great views and is perfect for entertaining. It's a short walk to downtown Estes Park, and a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The large lot has several mature Ponderosa pine trees. 30 day minimum stay. This is a non-smoking home. Other things to note There's a wood-burning stove in the living room that I'd rather you not use, as it's time-consuming to clean. This shouldn't be an issue for summertime stays. If you're visiting during cooler months and would like to use the stove, please contact me for instructions. Under no circumstances should you collect and burn twigs or branches from the property. They contain lots of pine tar and leave a sticky residue on the stove window that's very difficult to remove.
