Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The rooms are bright and friendly. In the shared kitchen, in the living room or on the terrace overlooking the large shared garden, all residents meet if they wish. There is a large bright bathroom with shower tub and toilet as well as a separate guest toilet. The large beautiful garden invites you to activities, especially in the warm months. Then we would also like to set up a pool. The space The room is on the 2nd floor where there is another guest room, as well as the bedroom of the owners. Upstairs is also the large shared bathroom with shower tub. The room itself is without unnecessary furnishings and minimalist. There is a large double bed and a way to hang up the clothes. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - We expect civilized behavior - as well as proper and clean behavior - If necessary, please only smoke in the backyard or on the terrace - We will gladly give you slippers. Please take off your shoes in the apartment, because the floor is always vacuumed and wiped. - Please make sure to ventilate your room at least once a day for 10 minutes. - Our check-in and check-out instructions must be followed. - Other guests must be registered and approved by us in advance.
