The Cottage WoodlandSculptures

The Cottage is the original house on our property. Sitting close to the main house you will enjoy privacy and the unique little quirks of the old girl, which was originally a butcher shop. The Cottage is located at Woodland Sculptures, a beautiful parkland environment. There are hidden areas on the 7-acre property to relax, read, paint, write, or just chill out and watch the wildlife. There are many amazing birds, an echidna, and roos galore. Strictly NO CHILDREN under the age of 12. The space The Cottage has two bedrooms. Both rooms have luxurious queen-size beds, electric blankets, too many pillows, extra blankets and usb ports. The kitchen includes all your requirements except a dishwasher. The lounge and dining room are all open-plan and very cosy and comfortable. During winter the Cottage is heated with a good old-fashioned wood burner. We provide 10 pieces of wood to burn during winter. We recommend bringing a bag of additional wood for more than a single night stay. Wood is available from service stations and the local IGA. A split system is located in the lounge and cools and heats the bedrooms perfectly. The bathroom has a large shower, basin, and loo. (there is also a toilet out in the gardens) Included: All linen Additional blankets and pillows Basics in the pantry Wifi Smart TV Bluetooth Speaker Games and cards Please note that there is no mobile phone range in our neck of the woods. But we have great wifi so you can use mobile calling over the internet. If you haven't done this before, just let me know. I have learned to become a specialist in this area!! The cottage has some fantastic outdoor areas which are very private and for your use only. There is a firepit which can be used during the colder/wetter months. The entire property itself is quite large. You are welcome to explore. I typically roam around doing the gardening and walking our four-legged kids. Please let me know if you are not a dog person! I'm very comfortable keeping my little buggers at my side. You don't need to interact with them. There is a beautiful art gallery in the front of the property where you are welcome to relax and contemplate life. :-) There is a heap of native wildlife on the property and we urge you to enjoy their presence but don't get too close. They are wild. The birdlife is especially amazing on the property. The private areas are the small front yard, the main house, and the worksheds. Guest access There is ample car parking available and we will arrange for your access before you arrive. Other things to note Strictly NO CHILDREN under the age of 12. We love kids but there are too many water catchment areas like dams and ponds. Far too risky for little ones. So sorry 😞
