REMEMBER the days when a beach holiday was family time, mornings on the beach, afternoon naps, time in the pool, or worshipping the son, alfresco-dinners with “braai-vleis” and hide-and-seek? A time to relax and family bonding. 2 small cottages, with direct beach access, nothing fancy! Bring the dogs! Pool with net, DSTV & Wi-Fi supplied. AC in 4 bedrooms, 5 Bed & 3 Bathrooms. REGRET: NO functions of any kind. No groups of adults. The space This property with direct beach access, a large pool, (with net) and 2 small cottages will remind you of those days. Nothing fancy just a beach holiday. The large beach front property is walled and gated from neighbors and the road. It has no sea views but there is a beach path over the beach admiralty onto the sea sand with lovely rock pools for the kido’s during low tide. It offers 2 small cottages to inhabit. Parking is open but inside the gates and the family dog or 2 can come along for this close to camping adventure. Braai facilities are supplied. There is a small safe for valuables. DSTV (with Netflix) & Wi-Fi is supplied in the back cottage for rainy or windy day activities or for the teenagers! Cottage 1: Kitchen with dishwasher, eating area and small lounge with TV. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 1 double bed. Bedroom 1 is on-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and shower. The unit has a washing machine & tumble dryer. Cottage 2: Kitchen, living area, large deck and 2 bedrooms 1st bedroom with King and 2nd bedroom with 2 singles. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Each cottage is equipped with cutlery and crockery, all linen and bath & beach towels. The unit is not serviced but you can rent a maid from our local cleaning agency. REGRET: NO functions of any kind. No groups of adults. All bookings subject to owners approval. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1. You MUST read all T’s & C’s before making payment to confirm your booking. 2. Once you have secured your booking by making payment, we will request your email add for us to send you our in-house contract. 3. A condensed version of our terms and conditions can be found under "House-Rules" on this site. You are required to accept our in-house rules prior to payment on this site. The full version is available on request prior to booking. 4. We will also send you an Invoice acknowledging your payment to Airbnb. 5. Prior to your arrival we will request the additional funds to cover the additional fees as advertised if any. Please accept this request on receipt and ensure the payment goes off your account as we cannot allow access to any property without all monies paid.
