Apartment in the Nock Mountains and on the lake

The apartment is located in the Carinthian Nock Mountains in the town center in the immediate vicinity of the lake. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort with two thermal baths is 10 minutes away by car. For sports enthusiasts: cycling, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, skiing, ski tours, paragliding, ice skating. 40 minutes to Italy and Slovenia. The space The apartment has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, openly connected to the living room with a pull-out couch. Bathroom with washing machine - ideal for couples and small families. The approx. 80 m² apartment is accessible via a separate entrance. The bathroom is used as a passage. The garden and a small covered terrace can be shared. Parking space for cars and sports equipment is available. We live on the upper floor of the house and are available for information at any time. In addition, ski tours, mountain tours, climbing tours and cycling tours can be offered. Guest access Please use the back entrance. You have to go through the bathroom into two rooms. The garden and terrace can be used. Other things to note Please use the washing machine in the sun for reasons of economy. Always close the refrigerator door well. Sometimes it gets stuck. If the flowers on the windows are very dry, we would be happy if they were watered. This is easier from the inside. If the bedding is removed at the end of the vacation, that would be a relief.
