Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season. Other things to note 🅿️ Parking & Access - Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage only. - Street parking is not allowed at any time (per county code). - In winter, 4WD or AWD is required, and chains/cables with tensioners are highly recommended. CalTrans may require them at checkpoints. 🌊 Lake Access Lake Arrowhead is private and guests of this properties do not have access to an Lake Owned property. You may enjoy nearby public lakes (availability varies by season): - Lake Gregory (Crestline) - Silverwood Lake - Big Bear Lake 🚗 Local Destinations - Lake Arrowhead Village – 4.5 mi / ~12 mins - Blue Jay Village – 3.1 mi / ~12 mins - SkyPark (Santa's Village) – 5.9 mi / ~14 mins - Snow Valley Ski Resort – 17 mi / ~32 mins - Ride services like Uber are very limited – consider calling RIDE in advance. 🐶 Pets & Service Animals - This home is dog-friendly only. Please notify us if bringing a dog; a pet fee will be applied automatically when added to the reservation. - No animals allowed without prior approval. - Service dogs must be ADA-compliant (trained for specific tasks related to a disability).
